connectors: a signed-in studio user can connect their own accounts on other services so that eva can read and act on that user's own content there. each connection is an authorization the user grants on the service's own consent screen, in a window that service controls; house of duomo never sees or asks for the user's password, stores only the access token the service issues, and the user can revoke the connection at any time from the studio connectors panel or from the service's account settings. eva uses a connection only while the user is working in studio and only for the actions the user asks for.
google user data: when a studio user connects gmail, google drive, google sheets, google calendar, youtube, google analytics or google ads, eva reads and, where the user asks, writes that user's own mail, files, spreadsheets, calendar events, channel and video statistics, analytics reports and ads reports, and returns the results to that user inside studio. this data is used only to carry out the request the user makes in studio; it is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with any other party and not used to train models. tokens are deleted when the user disconnects.
meta user data: when a studio user connects meta, eva reads and, where the user asks, writes that user's own facebook pages, instagram media, comments and messages, catalogs and ads on the user's behalf, under the same limits.
