SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed on the same business day. Domestic shipping in the United States are eligible for free ground shipping with transit between 5 - 8 Business Days. International shipping is calculated with a flat rate via DHL and are subject to additional fees depending on the location or Country. For Rush Shipping, please contact us - info@houseofduomo.com
RETURNS + REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please send us an email and we will work to diligently to correct it. All items are eligible for a refund if they are not worn, and are deemed defective within 30 days of purchase date. Some items - such as custom made garments, accessories or commissions, can not be returned.
