SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed on the same business day. Domestic shipping in the United States are eligible for free ground shipping with transit between 3-5 Business Days. International shipping is calculated with a flat rate via DHL and are subject to additional fees depending on the location or Country. For Rush Shipping, please contact us - info@aerabrand.com.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please send us an email - info@aerabrand.com - and we will work to correct it. All items are eligible for a refund if they are not worn, and are deemed defective within 30 days of purchase date. Some items - such as custom made garments, accessories or commissions, can not be returned.
